What we collect
When you create an account we collect your first name, last name, email address, and password (stored by our authentication provider). When you contact us we collect your name, email, and message.
We do not collect BVN, NIN, government ID images, or payment card numbers on this site.
How we use data
We use account data to authenticate you, protect your session, and operate the service. We use contact inquiries to respond to you. We keep audit records of sensitive actions (for example sign-in and password reset) without storing passwords or message bodies in those logs.
Sharing
We use subprocessors that host the application and authentication service. We do not sell personal data. Future KYC or banking partners will be named here before those products go live.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting us. Some records (for example security audit logs) may be retained where we have a legitimate need to keep them.
