The service today
Banka currently provides a marketing website and account authentication. Displayed product descriptions for wallets, loans, savings, airtime, and bill pay describe intended services. They are not an offer of regulated financial products until a licensed partner is named and those features are enabled.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and tell us if you believe your account is compromised. We may suspend accounts that appear abusive, fraudulent, or disabled by our team.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to break authentication, scrape other people's data, submit malicious content, or use the service for anything unlawful. Automated form abuse is prohibited.
Liability
The site is provided as-is for the current MVP. We are not liable for losses arising from unavailability, or from relying on product copy for services that are not yet live. This section will be completed by counsel.
Changes
